Psychic Tarot Deck Brings Mystic Messages

By Katta Mapes, Your Psycho-Spiritual Guide and Xplorer

“Even though I knew the meaning behind each card, it was as if they were somehow talking to me, giving me more accurate and specific knowledge over and above the basic interpretations. I let them speak to me and tell me their story.” – John Holland

With your intention you connect with your intuition, gain clarity, and find inspiration in your daily life a deck that we recommend using for this daily practice of pulling a card for a Mystic Message is the Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck by John Holland. (Amazon Link)

Now, the Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck is not your classical Tarot deck. It consists of 65 cards, which is significantly fewer than the traditional 78 cards found in most Tarot decks. It does include a 22 card Major Arcana to address the main themes or spiritual lessons in your life. The Minor Arcana has 36 cards, seven of which are for the seven chakras. The rest are divided into four categories – physical, emotions, mental and spirit.

So how do you use these cards for your daily message in the Mystic Message Daily Planner? It's quite simple. Start by selecting your deck of choice for the month, if you have multiple decks. This allows you to immerse yourself in the unique energy and symbolism of that particular deck for the entirety of the month.

Each morning, take a few moments to quiet your mind and set an intention for the day. Then, draw a card from your chosen deck. Take a close look at the image on the card and allow its energy to resonate with you. Consider the messages, insights, or inspirations that it may hold for you throughout the day.

As you go about your day, keep the card in mind and pay attention to any events, encounters, or thoughts that relate to its meaning. This will help you gain a deeper understanding of how the card's message applies to your life.

In the evening, take a moment to reflect on the card and how it influenced your day. Did you notice any synchronicities or moments of clarity? Write down your thoughts and impressions in your Mystic Message Daily Planner. This reflection time is crucial for processing the messages and integrating them into your life.

At the end of the month, take some time to review all the cards you drew and the messages they brought. Look for patterns, common themes, or recurring lessons. This retrospective allows you to gain even deeper insights into your life and the guidance the cards have provided.

And finally, as you reach the end of the year and prepare for your next Mystic Message Daily Planner, take a moment to summarize and reflect on the overall messages and experiences of the past year. This will give you a holistic understanding of the growth, transformation, and inspiration that the cards have brought into your life.

My Mystic Message Daily Planner was created to help you connect with the mystical wisdom within. By using the Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck by John Holland or any other deck that resonates with you, you can tap into the guidance and inspiration that these cards hold. So go ahead, pick a card, any card, and let its Mystic Message guide you on your journey.

When I chose to use the Psychic Tarot Deck to get my Mystic Messages for each day, I thought a psychic deck would be great to use to get a psychic message. I could have just used the seven Chakra cards to give me an idea of which of my chakras are to open or close or balanced as I have with another deck, I used that has chakra cards. Instead, I decided to use the whole deck without the chakra cards for this month.

After I shuffled the cards in the morning, I pulled this card: Deception and Envy. I was hoping for something lighter than this one. As I thought about my day’s plans and the people, I would see I couldn’t get a clue about how this card would apply to my day as a Mystic Message.

However when I reflected on my day that evening I thought about a person who is on a committee with me. At our meeting that afternoon he seemed to squash all of my ideas on a mutual project we had. The others in the group thought my ideas were great and workable. I began to wonder about his motivation for objecting to my ideas. Was it deception and envy?

“You've worked hard; Don't let others take from you what is rightly yours.” Was the phrase that resonated with me in the description for this card in the booklet that came with the deck.

In my Tarot classes I ask students to pull a card daily to get their Mystic Message while also learning more about the meanings of the cards in their chosen deck. This process gives us both:

  • Insights into our lives

  • A deep dive into our chosen card deck(s)
