This is the refund policy for eBooks, printable documents, and pdf downloads purchased on our web site store:

  • No refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we have a strict no refund policy for eBooks, printables, and pdf downloads. 

  • Refunds for technical issues: If there is a technical problem with the downloaded item that prevents it from being used or accessed, a customer may be eligible for a refund. This usually applies when the issue is on the store's end, such as a corrupted file or incorrect file format. Please contact us if this is your issue:

Life Coach  and Numerology consultations; Tarot Readings and Webinars 

This is the refund policy for consultations, readings and webinars purchased on our web site store:

  • Refunds for consultations are not guaranteed, as the service is based on the professional expertise and time provided by the consultant. However, certain circumstances may make you eligible for a refund, such as technical issues preventing the completion of the consultation or if the consultant fails to fulfill their stated obligations, upon approval by the consultant.

 

  • Approved refund requests need to be made within 7 days of the scheduled date for the consultation appointment. It is essential to file the refund request within this period to be considered eligible.

  • You must provide the necessary details, proof of purchase, and any supporting evidence to support your refund claim.

Jewelry

  • This jewelry, by virtue of being beaded, is delicate and should be handled with the same care that you would give any fine jewelry. We recommend pieces worn frequently be restrung and inspected every twelve months. 

  • Repair Policies 

  • Awaken and Discover jewelry pieces are under warranty for craftsmanship 12 months from purchase for repair. 

  • Warranty does not include lost, stolen items or shipping fees. 

  • If your item happens to break, collect all of the beads and place in a sealed bag. Use tape on the end of the wire if some of the design is intact. 

  • Repairs after 12 months are available, ask for pricing and availability. 

  • Sizing Policies 

  • If your item is too small or too large, resizing will be done at no charge, excluding shipping fees. 

  • Bracelet Size Chart Jewelry Returns 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged 

  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us here within 30 days of purchase. 

  • Returned items must include jewelry item, information card and be returned in original product packaging 

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

Personal Care and Comfort Pillow Products Returns 

  • Due to the nature of Pillows, Essential Oils, Bath and Body products we are unable to accept returns. 

 

  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us here within 30 days of purchase. 

  • Shipping charges paid are not eligible for refund. 

  • If you are not satisfied with one product in a shipment that contains multiple products, only the one product will be eligible for a refund. 

  • Disclaimer 

  • While we’ll do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Awaken and Discover is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control. 

  • We will keep you updated on your order status via email. You can also check the status of your order anytime in the Orders tab of Your Account. (Just select the Track button from the Order Details page. The tracking page will give you the most up-to-date information.) 

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging when your return it You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items - Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

  • Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

  • European Union 14 day cooling off period - Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
